Terms of Service

An independent preparation tool for the Occupational English Test, giving AI feedback on practice letters and speaking role-plays plus medical vocabulary study tools. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment or the official OET; “OET” is their trademark, used here only to describe what we prepare you for. Our scores are AI practice estimates, not official results, and do not predict your exam outcome.

Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to obtain more free sessions breaches these terms, and we may remove the credits or close the accounts involved.

• New accounts get a small free allowance. Vocabulary, flashcards and spelling practice stay free with no limit.
• One Writing correction or one scored Speaking role-play uses one session.
• Paid plans renew your monthly allowance on each renewal date. Unused sessions do not carry over; top-up packs do.
• If our AI fails to return a usable result, or a speaking session ends too early to score, the session is returned to your balance automatically.

Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the seller and merchant of record for every order: they process the payment, issue your invoice and collect any tax due. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time from the Billing page — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partly used month.

Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal, reduced in proportion to the sessions already used; if you have used none, we refund in full. Elsewhere, contact us within 14 days and we will consider your request in good faith.

Do not resell or republish our feedback, role-play cards or vocabulary content; automate or scrape the service or try to extract our prompts or models; submit unlawful content or real patient information (practice letters should use fictional case notes); or share an account between people. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, normally warning you first where the breach is not deliberate.

We aim to keep OETgo running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and the AI features depend on third parties. If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will extend or refund the affected time. You keep ownership of everything you submit and grant us only the permission needed to process it and return your feedback.

OETgo is a study aid. We are not responsible for your exam result or for decisions you make based on our feedback. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of PLACEHOLDER — country. We may update them, and will email you before a material change takes effect.
