What PLACEHOLDER — registered name collects when you use OETgo, why, and what control you have over it.

Who we are

OETgo is operated by PLACEHOLDER — registered name, PLACEHOLDER — postal address, the data controller for everything described here.

What we collect

  • Your email, and your name and picture if you sign in with Google. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider — we never see them.
  • What you create in the app: practice letters, speaking recordings and their transcripts, flashcard progress, saved words, quiz results and your optional exam date.
  • Your plan, renewal date and remaining sessions. Card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.
  • Aggregate usage analytics, which do not identify you individually.

Your letters and recordings

These are sent to third-party AI providers to produce your feedback, score, transcription and the patient’s voice. Their terms prohibit using your content to train their models, and we do not opt in to anything that would allow it. We store results in your history so you can track progress; you can delete any session at any time. We never sell your content, show it to other users, or use it for advertising.

Who else sees your data

Only service providers who help us run OETgo: a database and authentication provider, a hosting and analytics provider, AI providers, and Lemon Squeezy, LLC as our payment provider and merchant of record. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and some process data outside your country under standard contractual clauses. Ask us and we will name them.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is open. Delete your account and we remove it within 30 days, apart from invoices we are legally required to retain. You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing — email info@oetgo.com and we will reply within 30 days. In the EU and UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies, children and changes

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language — no advertising or cross-site tracking. OETgo is intended for healthcare professionals and not for under-16s. If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and, where it significantly affects you, email you.
